High Wycombe is our busiest patch. The town’s mix of Victorian terraces, 1930s semis and newer estates means the work is rarely the same twice — loft conversions on Cressex and Totteridge houses, rear extensions towards Downley, and full renovations closer to the town centre.

A lot of High Wycombe housing was built between the wars. Those homes often have good-sized gardens for rear extensions and roof structures that suit loft conversions, but they also hide old plumbing and dated electrics. We survey before we quote so the price reflects what is actually in the walls.
